Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt, (if you receive your item on the 1st of the month, it needs to be received by Honeycomb at Home by the 15th) Items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached will be accepted for return by crediting the source used for payment at original checkout.

Returns made after the 15 days, up to 30 days will receive a store credit. NO RETURNS are accepted after 30 days from original shipping date. NO RETURNS on undergarments.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Honeycomb at Home does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
HONEYCOMB AT HOME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AS DELIVERED BY THE USPS THROUGH TRACKING.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at honeycombathome.com and send your item to: 638 5th St Santa Rosa California US 95404.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment and securely repackage your merchandise. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
